    Cosbie, Doug

    Cosbie is a former tight end for the Dallas Cowboys and was selected in the third-round of the 1979 NFL Draft. The 6-foot-6, three-time all-star spent his entire 10-year playing career in Dallas after playing collegiately at Santa Clara University. Cosbie caught 300 passes for 3,728 yards and 30 touchdowns during the regular season. In the playoffs, he had 22 catches for 243 yards and three scores. His 300 receptions are the ninth most in Cowboys history. Cosby was the offensive coordinator at the University of California in 1997-98. He also has coached at Stanford University, Santa Clara University, Menlo College, Sacramento High School and in the Italian Football League.

    Cowgill just finished his first season as an assistant coach at Foley High School after being with Nease (Fla.) High School since 2003. He was Nease’s defensive coordinator when the school earned three straight state championship births (‘05, ‘06 and ‘07) with a state title coming in 2005 during Heisman Trophy winner Tim Tebow’s senior year. Cowgill helped orchestrate some of the best defenses in school history before being named the head coach of the Panthers in 2008, going 19-22 in four seasons.

    Heikkinen, Tuomas

    Heikkinen returns for a third time to the World Team coaching staff, this time serving as head coach. He currently is the head coach of the Finnish Senior national team. As a coach and player, Heikkinen has won three European champions and eight national championships. The five-time Coach of the Year in Finland was inducted into the SAFL Hall of Fame in 2008.

    Leijten returns to the World Team, this time as defensive coordinator. He served as defensive line coach in 2012. Before becoming head coach of the Australian National Team, Leijten spent seven seasons with the Amsterdam Admirals of the NFL Europe, coaching running backs, linebackers and special teams. Leijten also coached with the Cologne Crocodiles in the German Football League and played professional in the Netherlands.

    Wikström is a newcomer to the World Team. He will serve as offensive coordinator. European Champion both as a player and as a coach, Wikstrom is a five-time national champion as the offensive coordinator for the Helsinki Roosters in the Finnish Maple League. His international coaching experience includes stints in Sweden (Tyresö Royal Crowns) and with the Czech Republic national team. He is the founder and current head coach of the Finnish Quarterback academy and currently serves as the offensive coordinator for Team Finland.

    Yamada, Shinzo

    Yamada returns to the World Team as the special teams  coordinator, the same role he held in 2012. Yamada coached with Japanese National Team that claimed the bronze medal at the 2011 IFAF Senior World Championship and is currently the head coach of IBM Big Blue in Japan. He has served as head coach of Japan's junior national team program. He played in NFL Europe and the XFL and spent time in training camp with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2003, playing against the New York Jets during an American Bowl preseason game in the Tokyo Dome.
